A traditional-style trail hiking and backpacking boot, the Mountain Designs Territory boot for men combines classic looks with modern performance. Handmade in Italy, it features a single-piece, abrasion-resistant Dakar leather upper, which has been tanned to make it hydrophobic so it maintains its lightweight feel in wet conditions. Waterproof performance is further enhanced by the highly breathable AeroPlus mesh lining with REPEL™ Water membrane, which keeps rain and snow outside while allowing perspiration to escape through thousands of tiny micropores at the same time. The result is feet that stay warm and dry no matter how hard you're working the trails, or how cold and wet it is outside. The RS nylon shank delivers rigid, torsion-proof arch support and stability, and the TITE-N heel locking system allows for perfect control of the foot through optimum adherence during all phases of movement. For sure-footedness a Vibram® 3D outsole offers exceptional grip over a variety of surfaces.
